DAMAGED & SHORT SHIPMENTS:
For customer as well as our own protection, Old Mexico Art require shipping insurance on all pottery, ceramics, fragile items and purchases totaling over $100.00. The insurance charge for this coverage is INCLUDED in the delivery charge that we quote. These charges will be stated in the item description.
Although shipping insurance is not required on all purchases, insurance is STRONGLY recommended for the customer’s protection as Old Mexico Art cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives with physical damage or a shortage:
- Contact the delivery carrier immediately i.e. USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.
- Call us at (915) 373-8507 to begin the insurance claim process.
- Please retain all shipping materials including the shipping box.
Please note:
If insurance was optional on an item and the customer did not purchase the optional insurance, the delivery carrier or Old Mexico Art cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
